We had a fantastic stay here. The house is beautiful with two lovely terraces. It's in a quiet location, just a short stroll from the center of the old town. The accommodation was faultless, and we loved having breakfast on the downstairs terrace and nightcaps on the upstairs terrace. The staff, particularly Fernanda, was super cute and attentive. They provided fresh fruit, breakfast on arrival, and even messaged me on my birthday. It's also conveniently located near the market, bus stop, and train station.
Couldn't stay longer.

During our recent stay at Casa Da Avo, we were blown away by the exceptional quality of the villa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by our host Fernanda, who provided us with a detailed visitor handbook filled with useful information about the house and local attractions. The villa itself was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a well-stocked kitchen to air conditioning in every bedroom. We especially loved the cozy patio with its umbrella-covered table, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. Additionally, the location was ideal, with street parking always available and just a short distance from the center and bus/train stations. We truly felt at home during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Casa Da Avo to others.

Noise from road disturbed sleep in front bedroom.

Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, providing us with more than we expected, including a fully stocked kitchen and helpful local information. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling center but still peaceful and relaxing. We loved having the patio and terrace to enjoy the sun and take in the amazing views.
While our host was attentive and thoughtful, we did have a few minor issues. It would have been helpful to have a few more kitchen utensils and cutting boards, especially since we were cooking.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more personalized options and descriptions.

A fancy place with all the bells and whistles, like free WiFi and air conditioning. They even provided a dishwasher and coffee machine, because who wants to do dishes or make their own coffee, am I right?
Oh, nothing at all! Everything was just perfect.
